Reading

Success for all (SFA), is the core reading series that addresses the Reading/Language Arts Next Generation SSS. Teachers may supplement their reading instruction with other district-approved reading programs and/or children’s literature.

Math
GO Math: Florida from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt serves as the basis for our math program. Calendar Math is also used as a supplement.

Science
National Geographic Science is the program that is used to teach the Science Next Generation SSS.

Social Studies

The county will be adopting a new series this year.

In addition to these core academics, our students receive weekly Music, Art, Drama and PE classes.  We have a Fine Arts Magnet program which focuses on providing enrichment experiences in support of the core academics and our exceptional student education program also meets the needs of all students on an Individualized Education Plan.
