The Scholastic Book Fair is the Media Center's fundraising event. For one week in the fall and one week in the spring our Media Center is transformed (through the help of Scholastic Books) into a fully functioning book store. Many exciting book choices are offered for all ages and reading levels.
The students come with their homeroom class to browse and fill out a "wish list" of titles they are interested in purchasing. The students then take home their "wish lists" to share with their family members. The book fair will be open one or two nights for "Family Nights". Students who wish to purchase may come to the book fair in the morning or during the day, with their teacher's permission. After school students need to come with an adult family member.
