Tech Support

  • AIT provides technology support for all ACPS employees and staff.

    • Help Desk-- The help desk is the first place you should call. Help desk operators will connect you with a specialist that can provide the best support for your issue.
    • Instructional Technology-- Provides guidance with hardware and software purchases.
    • Digital Technology Educators-- Provide training and mentoring for teachers and staff in various software types. ACDE staff provides e-mail, chat and telephone support. This support is guaranteed as follow-up for any training you have received through AIT.
    • School Site Techs-- Your school tech is the first person to contact if you are having trouble with any software, hardware or network issues at your school.
    • District Zone Techs-- You school site tech will contact a district zone tech in the event that the issue cannot be solved locally.
