IT CBT Help Desk - Level 2 Support
- A district Zone Tech will be available each day from 7:30am to 3:30pm every day of testing to answer questions, assist remotely, and if needed, dispatch a tech to your school.

Student CBT Login Accounts- To help with student computer login problems during the testing, testing Active Directory accounts have been created. This account is a restricted account that will log the student onto the computer and allow them access to FSA or Pearson's testing site only.
