    Our Responsibilities

    The Purchasing Department provides centralized purchasing for all District schools and departments. All purchases of equipment, supplies, and services are processed by the Department, with the exception of A&E contracts and capital construction and renovation projects, which are handled by the Facilities Department (955-7400, x1429).

    The Physical Distribution Department is responsible for commodity warehousing and delivery, receiving, tangible property control and surplus property auctions and disposal, and inter-departmental and -school mail delivery.
