In order to keep children safe, and keep drop-off and pick-up as efficient as possible, our School has adopted these protocols. We ask that all caregivers review and follow the protocols in order to contribute to our safe school culture and demonstrate consideration and respect for all. At the end of the day, the children are watching. Please remember you are modeling for them the necessity of following school rules and showing respect for all.

Drop off and pick-up should occur only from the Front Car Pick-Up (northern lot on NW 43rd Street) or the back Covered Court (East rear entrance access from Trinity) in the car line. Dropping off and picking up in the southern bus circle is strictly prohibited as it is a major safety concern.

Drivers must remain in their vehicles while parked in the car pick-up lines during prime pick-up and drop-off times. Car placard cards should be prominently visible and remain visible until your child is in the vehicle.  ID's will be checked if a placard is not visible.   

While in the car drop-off/pick-up lines, please pull all the way to the front until traffic is stopped. A staff member will escort your child to/from your car. Children should have their things gathered and be ready to unload as soon as the car is against the curb.

Please do not allow your child to leave the vehicle whenever traffic along the curb is completely backed up passed the yellow curb loading/unloading zone. 

If you are escorting your child to school, please park in the south grassy lot next to the bus circle.  Please avoid parking in the front parking lot and escorting your child.  Walking between cars in the drop off area is a safety concern.  

Walker/Bikers can be picked up in the fenced area next to the cafeteria.

Picking Up Children From School Early: Children are not released directly from the classroom to leave school before dismissal times. You MUST come to the office first and sign out your child. Your child will be sent for and released to you.  For early check-out students must be checked out before 1:35 or 12:30 on Wednesday.
