Student Support Services

  • The Alachua County Student Services department encompasses a variety of support service programs whose mission it is to maximize the academic, health, personal-social, and career development of each student.  Support programs include:

    • School Counseling
    • School Social Services
    • Psychoeducational Services
    • Health Services
    • Student Discipline
    • Student Attendance/Dropout Prevention
    • Student Records

Our department consists of school counselors, school social workers, school psychologists, school nurses, behavior resource teachers, school deans, attendance officers and student records specialists.

The Student Services website is designed to educate students, parents, educators and the community about support services offered throughout the school district and at each school.  It is our hope that you will familiarize yourself with district and school Student Services personnel, and the broad range of support services that we provide.  Please feel free to call on us if you have a question about services or programs offered in our school district or at each school.
