School Bus WiFi

  • To support students without internet access, Alachua County Public Schools is maintaining its School Bus WiFi program through June 30.  School buses equipped with free ‘hot spots’ are located throughout the county. Sites and schedules are available here.

Students within about 150 to 200 feet of the bus, either at home or in a vehicle, can access the network school bus wifi. A password is not needed, but the district is requesting that people limit the use of the network for distance learning only.

Students and their families are reminded to maintain social distancing when accessing the program. NO supervision will be provided, and children should NOT be left unattended at the sites.
