Home Internet and Technology Survey

  • Alachua County Public Schools has an opportunity to provide more students with access to devices and the Internet at home, but we need the input of families to make it happen.

The federal Emergency Connectivity Fund (www.fcc.gov/emergency-connectivity-fund) was created to give students access to the same digital resources at home that they have at school. The district needs information about the number of students who need a device, Internet service or both.

To gather that information, the district is asking families to respond to a short survey on their home technology needs either online or through a paper survey. The survey is available in both English and Spanish. Please submit a survey for each student in your household.

The link to the online version is below.

Paper copies are being sent home with all students, or you may print the copy provided below. Paper copies should be returned to the child’s school.

The survey is due by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 23, 2022.
