If you are new to Alachua County Public Schools, we welcome you and your child to our district.
Under Florida law, a child must be 5 years old on or before September 1 to enter kindergarten. To enter first grade, a child must be 6 years old by September 1 and must have attended kindergarten.
Enrollment for all incoming kindergarteners and new students is online, although there are also documents you will need to bring to your child's school.
If you don't know which school your child will be attending, click here to look up your zoned school or call 352-955-7700.
