Free FluMist Program
-
To reduce the incidence of influenza among students, families and the community, Alachua County Public Schools collaborates with the Department of Health and the University of Florida to provide the FluMist vaccine to students free of charge with written parental consent. The vaccine is given at school during school hours in the fall.
Consent forms and information about the FluMist vaccine will be shared with all families near the beginning of the school year.
