AP Exam Information

College Board has made it your responsibility to use the join code provided by your teacher to sign up for your AP exam.

You will be charged $40 if you join a course after the sign up deadline has passed.

This year's deadline is November 15, 11:59 p.m. ET for yearlong or fall courses and March 15, 11:59 p.m. ET for spring courses.

You will be charged $40 for a canceled or unused exam.

Students taking 8 am exams need to arrive at school between 7:30 am and 7:45 am and wait at the picnic tables by parent pick up, so if you are taking an 8 am exam you must arrange for a ride to school.

Students taking 12 pm exams need to arrive at school between 11:30 am and 11:45 am and wait at the picnic tables by parent pick up.

If you attend morning classes on the days you have an afternoon exam you must eat lunch at 11:00 am.

Also, if you have an afternoon exam you must arrange for a ride home because most exams will end at 3 pm or later.

You will be given a pass to leave campus early if you complete your exam before the end of the school day so you do not need to be checked out through the attendance office.

The attendance office will be excusing you from classes on the days you have exams, but it takes time for your excused absences to be processed so please be patient. In the meantime, your parents may receive phone calls about absences, but your absences will be excused in Skyward in as timely a manner as possible.
