Just like in previous years, we are required to provide a certain number of "mental health education lessons" to our students. This year the district has adopted a new curriculum called Habitudes, to meet that requirement. The school counselors will provide the required lessons through pre-recorded presentations for teachers to present during class. Teachers will show the lessons, pause the presentation for discussion, and complete the activity provided. Below you will find the dates, and period assigned to show each lesson so you may plan accordingly. We will post the lessons on our school website along with the parent letter provided by Habitudes for each lesson.
