The Community Partnership School at Howard Bishop Middle School is a program under CHS, which addresses the needs of the students, faculty, staff, parents and community members by providing innovative and inclusive programming to address an academic, economic, and social need.  Utilizing a collective impact model, the Community Partnership School focuses on creating positive outcomes for students, families and communities through building collaborative partnerships.  These core partnerships consist of a nonprofit organization (Children’s Home Society of Florida; CHS), Howard Bishop Middle School (Alachua County School District), colleges or universities (Santa Fe College and the University of Florida), and a healthcare provider (Florida Department of Health Alachua County).
