800DX Scanners will not scan properly

Schools using the old model 800DX scanner will not be able to scan the new FL DL format. Raptor is working on a solution. In the interim, please manually enter the DL number to perform the background check.

The new CR5400 Duplex Scanner will properly scan this new format if the solution has been applied to the workstation. Site and zone techs have been notified.

The district has agreed to assist schools in the purchase of the duplex scanner beginning April 2019.
