High Springs Community School - K - 8th

  • High Springs Community School (HSCS) offers a continuous and high quality education program to grades K thru 8th Grade, and is the only public school in the district with this grade level configuration.  Prior to the 2004-2005 school year, the students and staff were divided into two separate schools, High Springs Elementary and Spring Hill Middle Schools.  Previously, each of the two schools enjoyed excellent traditions, and since the merger, have maintained the highest levels of academic excellence.  HSCS has been an “A” school since the merger, and has received recognition for being in the top 50 combination schools in the state of Florida!

Students and parents have come to rely on the stable, engaging learning environment that helps make our school so successful.  Once parents get to know the dedicated staff within our school community, they count on those positive relationships transitioning with them all the way through their child’s elementary and middle grades.

As is the case in most successful schools, we have numerous other factors that help to build and maintain our outstanding educational program.  To learn more about HSCS , please check out each of the links listed on our website.
