Program hours are from school dismissal until 5:30pm.

Late fees will be charged beginning at 5:31 at a rate of $15.00 per child for every 15 minutes you are late. Three late pick ups will result in dismissal from the program.

Full Rate: $67.00

Scholarship Rate III: $47.00

Scholarship Rate II: $32.00

Scholarships are available based on household income. The parent must complete an application and attach income verification to determine the proper fees to be charged. Until the scholarship form is processed by the District Office everyone will pay the full rate.

Our Program closes daily at 5:30pm. A late fee of $15.00/child every 15 minutes will be charged beginning at 5:31pm.

Three late pick ups will result in dismissal from the EDEP Program.

Payments may be made by credit card or bank account using the Procare parent app. Payments may also be made by check or cash at the EDEP office.

Fees are due on Monday at the beginning of week. If payment is not made by 5:30pm a Late Payment fee of $10.00 will be applied to account.

We are at Capacity for the 2024-2025 School Year. If you would like to be added to our waiting list for future lotteries, you may drop by the NES front office or see Ms. Tammy in EDEP.

EDEP does offer homework time every day. Each day we will bring the students are encouraged to use this time to do their homework. Homework time is optional and alternate activities will be available for those students that do not choose homework time. Due to the large number of students in EDEP we are not able to provide one on one assistance to individual students.

Students are expected to bring their own supplies for homework.
