Regisitration & Enrollment

  • Items needed for enrollment:

    1. Birth Certificate of student
    2. Social Security Card (if willing)
    3. Parent must present picture ID
    4. Current GRU or Clay Electric Bill with the Guardian Name on it
    5. Current Lease with the Guardian Name on it
    6. Latest Transcript--we can request from previous school but does help to make a correct schedule
    7. Withdrawal from the previous school
    8.  Complete Florida Physical and Shot record (For incoming 7th graders the T-dap is also needed)

    The school board now does online enrollment only.  You can visit the above link to take you directly to the enrollment process.  You will need the information above as some of it will be required when you come to the school to finalize enrollment.  You will need to come to the school to complete enrollment and complete a schedule.  Until all parts of enrollment are complete the student cannot start school.  It is imperative that shot records and physicals are taken care of as soon as possible.
