Program hours are from school dismissal until 5:30pm.

Late fees will be charged beginning at closing at a rate of $15.00 per child for every 15 minutes you are late. Two late pick-ups will result in dismissal from the program.

Full Rate: $60.00

Scholarship Rate III: $40.00

Scholarship Rate II: $25.00

Scholarships are available based on household income. The parent must complete an application and submit income verification to determine the proper fees to be charged. Until the scholarship form is processed and approved, everyone will pay the full rate.

Payments may be made by credit card or bank account using the Procare parent app.  Payments may also be made by check or cash at the EDEP office. 

Please DO NOT drop checks off in the front office or with your child’s teacher.

Fees are always due no later than Monday of the current week.  If an account has a balance owed on Monday at 5:30, they will be charged a late payment fee of $10.  If an account has a balance owed on Friday the account will be suspended until it is paid in full.  If an account owes for more than one week, then the account will be suspended for the remainder of the school year and the spot will be given to a family on the waiting list.

Accounts will be charged each week even if the student does not attend.  You are paying to hold the spot.  If you wish to withdraw from EDEP you must fill out a withdrawal from and submit it at least one week prior to when you will give up the spot in EDEP.

EDEP at Parker Elementary is currently at capacity for the 2023-2024 school year.  If you would like to place your child on the wait list please click on the link below.  When a spot comes open, we will select a student from the wait list by lottery and notify their family.  Unfortunately, there is no way to predict when a spot will come open or how long the wait will be. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Homework Policy

EDEP has homework time every day.  We will encourage students to do their homework.  However, it is ultimately up to the student to complete homework assignments.  Due to the large number of students in EDEP we are not able to provide one on one assistance to individual students or check to make sure they have completed assignments.

Students are expected to bring their own supplies for homework.
