EDEP Fall Registration 2020-2021

We are excited you are interested in EDEP. Starting Wednesday, May 20th at 9am we are accepting registration requests for incoming Kindergartners and Thursday, May 21st at 9am for all other students for the 2020-2021 school year. This includes families that attended EDEP during the 2019-2020 school year. Enrollment is limited and first come, first serve. Please be patient; The on-site coordinator at your school will begin contacting families in June regarding the status of your application.

The following sliding-fee schedule has been established:
Weekly Fees
Full Pay Status (Rate I)
First Child: $48.00
Each Additional Sibling: $42.00Scholarship Eligibility (Rate II)
First Child: $20.00
Each Additional Sibling: $17.00Scholarship Eligibility (Rate III)
First Child: $32.00
Each Additional Sibling: $28.00
Sibling discounts are only available if children are enrolled in the same Extended Day Enrichment Program site.Scholarships are available and based on household income. The parent must complete an application for Reduced EDEP Fees and income verification to determine the proper EDEP fees to be charged. Until this form is processed everyone will pay the full rate.
If your child is withdrawing from the program, a request for a refund must be submitted in writing to the On-Site Coordinator.
Registration Fee
Enrolling in elementary schools, a nonrefundable annual registration fee of $25.00 per family, per school is due at registration. Middle school registration is $10 per child, per school year.Hours of operation is from school dismissal time until 5:30pm. A late fee of $15 per child, per every 15 minutes starting at 5:31pm will be charged.
