Space in the after-school program is limited. Our sessions fill up quickly and usually generate a waiting list. We encourage you to register as soon as possible.
Registration is open to all students.
Once a site is full your child will be placed on a wait list and included in a lottery for any spaces that become available.

The following sliding-fee schedule has been established:
Regular School Year Weekly Fees (Does Not Apply to EDEP Summer Camps)
Full Pay Status (Rate I)
First Child: $60.00
Each Additional Sibling: $54.00
Scholarship Eligibility (Rate II)
First Child: $25.00
Each Additional Sibling: $22.00
Scholarship Eligibility (Rate III)
First Child: $40.00
Each Additional Sibling: $36.00
Sibling discounts are only available if children are enrolled in the same Extended Day Enrichment Program site.
Scholarships are available and based on household income. The parent must complete an application for Reduced EDEP Fees and income verification to determine the proper EDEP fees to be charged. Until this form is processed everyone will pay the full rate. We can not change the rate for attendance prior to the date a reduced fees application was approved.
If your child is withdrawing from the program, a request for a refund must be submitted in writing to the On-Site Coordinator.
Enrolling in elementary schools, a nonrefundable annual registration fee of $25.00 per family, per school is due at registration. Middle school registration is $10 per child, per school year.
Hours of operation is from school dismissal time until 5:30pm. A late fee of $15 per child, per every 15 minutes starting at 5:31pm will be charged.
