Peachjar Flier Distribution
Alachua County Public Schools is partnering with a service called Peachjar to provide families with easier access to timely information about school and community resources, activities and events. Through the Peachjar platform, parents will receive district-approved digital flyers, which will save staff time and paper and prevent families from having to dig through backpacks and folders.
Peachjar for Families
School-approved digital flyers will be sent to your email inbox where you can easily click to sign up for events and programs. No action is required to begin receiving this communication from your school. You’ll receive a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password. You don’t need to log in to receive or view school flyers, but you can login to adjust your delivery preferences.
To ensure you don’t miss notifications, we suggest you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts and click “always display images” when you receive your first email.
This system is used exclusively for the distribution of school-approved flyers only. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Thank you for supporting our efforts to ensure parents are well informed about school and community programs.
Peachjar for Our Community Organizations
Our district wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours! Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers. There are many additional benefits to using Peachjar—clickable buttons that take parents directly to your website, flyer performance reports, and time saved driving school to school!
To submit your flyer for district approval, review our Flyer Approval Guidelines and follow the steps below. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.
