Visitor Parking: We welcome visitors at Stephen Foster. All visitors must park in the NW 6th Street parking lot. There is not visitor parking in the NW 39th Ave. parking lot. Please respect the traffic cones when entering the parking lot. Please park in the designated visitor spaces when visiting during the school day. Do not park in the FIRE LANE at anytime. 

Parent Drop-off and Pick-up:

For the safety of all students, parents that drive their children to school should drop students off in the designated parent drop off area.

• Parents must use the NW 6th St. parking lot for all student drop-off and pick-up.
• Students are not permitted to walk in the parking lot without an adult.
• Please drive all the way to the gates to let your child out of the car. 

We ask that all caregivers review and follow the protocols in order to contribute to our safe school culture and demonstrate consideration and respect for all. 

The valet line is to be used for drop-off and pick-up from:

7:15-7:45 a.m. and 1:52-2:07 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
and
7:15-7:45 am and 12:47-1:10pm on Wednesdays.

All persons picking up a student must present a CAR RIDER card color coded to the students' grade level. Place the card in the windshield. A staff member will escort your child to/from your car. 

Thank you for helping to keep all of our children safe, and to alleviate traffic as much as possible!

Dropping off and picking up in the bus drop off lot (NW 39th Ave) is strictly prohibited as it is a major safety concern.

Drivers must remain in their vehicles while parked in the valet line during prime pick-up and drop-off times.

Picking Up Children From School Early: Please use the visitor parking spots to get your child early from school. Children are not released directly from the classroom to leave school before dismissal times. You MUST come to the office first and sign out your child. Your child will be sent for and released to you.
