Cyber-bullying has become a very serious problem.  It is a form of bullying which uses technology like computers and cell phones to harass and intimidate others.  At best, cyber-bullying is upsetting and distracting to students.  At worst, it has resulted in tragic consequences.  It is up to all of us to discourage this very damaging practice.
