• MentorGNV

The MentorGNV Program began as a partnership with the University of Florida's Student Government Association in 1991. Volunteers are matched with elementary and middle school students and commit an hour each week to mentor these students for the semester. Recruitment, orientation, and placement of these volunteers is done at the beginning of fall and spring semesters. Over 5000 students have volunteered for this program.

Currently, the Volunteers and Partnerships office partners with MentorGNV to recruit, place, and train college mentors in this program.

The Fall 2023 MentorGNV application will be opening in August. For more information, visit mentorgnv.org.
