New Software Request

  • The Software Requests are made from our KACE Help Desk ticket system. It's fast and easy.

    1. Log into https://kace.sbac.edu with your district email credentials.
    2. Click the Help Desk link
    3. Click New--> Software Approval
    4. Fill in all the required fields
    5. Click Save

    The request will be routed to your school principal for approval.
